Tomatoes.

 

Tomato roses carved from whole tomatoes, arranged on a plate and garnished with curry leaves.

Peal the skin of tomatoes, roll it to make rose flowers. These tomato roses are excellent carving pieces. They are nice to decorate food as well as simply eating as salads.
